Welcome to VibeDiary ("the App"), developed by indussparks("we", "us", or "our").

This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. By using VibeDiary, you agree to the terms of this policy.

VibeDiary allows you to record mood entries, scores, categories, and reminders.

  • All data is stored exclusively on your device using a local SQLite database

  • We do not collect, access, or transmit this data

2.2 Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

The App displays banner ads powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)

  • IP address and approximate location

  • Device type, OS version, and language

  • Ad interaction data (impressions and clicks)

This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under its own privacy policies.
We do not receive, store, or control this data.

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

  • Personal identification (name, email, phone number)

  • Usage analytics or telemetry sent to our servers

  • Crash reports sent to our servers

  • Location data collected by us

3. Permissions

The App requests only the permissions required for core functionality:

  • The Android system share sheet is opened

  • You choose the app (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram)

We do not access or track any shared content.

5. Third-Party Services — Google AdMob

The App integrates Google AdMob (Google LLC) to display advertisements.

AdMob may collect and use data as described in:

  • Google Privacy Policy

  • Google Ads & Data policies

We do not control Google’s data practices and recommend reviewing their policies.

6. Data Security

Since all user data is stored locally:

  • Security depends on your device protection (PIN, fingerprint, etc.)

  • We recommend keeping your device secure and updated

7. Children's Privacy

VibeDiary is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe otherwise, please contact us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT:

VibeDiary is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will function without interruption or errors

  • Features will behave consistently across all devices

  • Data will never be lost (e.g., uninstall, reset, storage failure)

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, indussparks shall not be liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages

  • App errors or unexpected behavior

  • Loss of data

  • Actions taken based on app content

This applies even if such issues were foreseeable.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

  • Updates will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date

  • Continued use of the App means you accept the revised policy
