This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Offline Games (hereinafter referred to as the "App" or "Application"), developed and operated by Indus Sparks ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Telangana, India.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal data processed through our App in accordance with applicable global data privacy regulations, including the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act 2023), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

2. Age Restriction & Target Audience (16+ Only)

IMPORTANT AGE NOTICE: Offline Games is strictly designed, rated, and intended for use by individuals aged 16 years and older.

We do not knowingly market to, target, or collect personal information from children under 16 years of age (or under 13 years of age in applicable legal jurisdictions). If you are under 16 years of age, you are prohibited from installing or using this Application.

If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that their child under 16 has accessed the App or provided personal data, please contact us immediately at indussparks@gmail.com. We will promptly delete such information and take steps to restrict access.

3. Information We Collect & How We Collect It

We process information in two primary ways: local device storage and automated third-party ad services.

A. Local Device Data (Client-Side Storage)

The Application operates primarily offline to deliver arcade games. Game scores, level progress, sound preferences, and achievements are saved strictly on your local device using standard Android HTML5 LocalStorage / Shared Preferences.

Scope: High scores, game settings, level progression.
Storage Location: Entirely contained on your device. We do not transmit or store your gameplay data on external remote servers.

B. Automated Data Collection via Google AdMob

To support the development and maintenance of our free Application, we integrate Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC) to serve advertisements. AdMob automatically collects and processes certain technical and device data when an active internet connection is available, including:

Online Identifiers: Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / GAID), IP address, and IDFA/IDFV where applicable.
Device & Hardware Information: Device model, manufacturer, operating system version, screen resolution, mobile network operator, and language settings.
Ad Interaction Data: Impressions, clicks, ad view duration, diagnostic data, and app performance metrics.
Coarse Location Data: General geographic location derived from IP address (used for region-relevant ad delivery and fraud prevention).

C. Direct Customer Support Communications

If you voluntarily contact us via email (indussparks@gmail.com) for customer support, feedback, or inquiries, we collect your email address and any message content you provide.

4. Third-Party Services & Ad Networks (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob as our advertising provider. Google AdMob may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements based on your preferences, region, and device settings.

Managing Your Advertising Preferences

You can control personalized advertising and reset or opt out of your Google Advertising ID directly through your Android device settings:

Navigate to Settings > Google > Ads.
Select "Delete advertising ID" or "Reset advertising ID".
You can also opt out of personalized ads by adjusting your choices via Google Ad Settings.

We process personal data under the following legal bases pursuant to global privacy laws (including GDPR and India DPDP Act 2023):

6. Data Sharing & International Transfers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We disclose collected data only under the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: Data is shared automatically with Google AdMob for ad serving, analytics, and security purposes. Google operates servers globally, and data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where Google maintains facilities.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request under Indian or international legal mandates.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your geographic location, you possess statutory rights under privacy regulations (such as India DPDP Act 2023, EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and US State Privacy Laws):

Right to Access / Information: Request details about the personal data processed about you.
Right to Rectification & Erasure: Request correction or permanent deletion of personal data held by us (such as support email correspondence). You can clear local game progress at any time by wiping app data or uninstalling the App.
Right to Opt-Out / Object: Opt out of personalized advertising via your device settings or Google Ad settings.
Right to Withdraw Consent: Revoke previously granted consent for ad personalization without affecting prior lawful processing.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the courts of Telangana, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When updates occur, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. We encourage users to review this page periodically to remain informed of our privacy practices.
