Last updated: 29 September 2025 Money Manager (“the App”) is developed by Indus Sparks. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. 1. Information We Collect We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on our servers. Your financial data (transactions, notes, categories) is stored locally on your device in an SQLite database. 2. How We Use Information To provide core app functionality (adding, viewing, analyzing transactions, budgets, categories). To export data you request (e.g., a .db file or Excel) to your device’s Downloads folder. 3. Data Storage and Retention All data remains on your device. We do not have access to your financial data. Data persists until you uninstall the App or delete it from your device. 4. Data Sharing We do not sell or share your financial data. Third-party SDKs: Google AdMob (ads) may collect device and advertising identifiers to show ads. Learn more: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads 5. Permissions Internet/Network state: Required for ads. External storage (Android 9 and below only): Used to save exports you initiate (on Android 10+ we use the system’s scoped storage/MediaStore). Notifications: Not used. 6. Children’s Privacy The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 7. Your Choices and Controls Edit or delete your transactions from within the App. Export your data (.db and Excel) for your own records. Manage ad personalization via Google’s Ad Settings: https://adssettings.google.com 8. Security Your data is stored locally on your device. Please keep your device secure and consider backups as needed. 9. International Transfers We do not transfer your financial data to our servers. Ad providers may process limited device data per their policies. 10. Changes to This Policy We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated date will appear at the top. 11.
