PyForge – Learn & Code Python Offline ("the App") is an offline Python compiler and learning tool for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights as a user.


2. Data We Do NOT Collect

We, IndUsSparks, do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) on our own servers. We do not require you to:


Create an account or log in

Provide your name, email address, or phone number

Connect to the internet to use the core features of the App

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data only on your device:

This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.


4. Third-Party Advertising – Google AdMob

The App displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob (com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads).


Google AdMob may collect and use the following data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads:


Device Identifiers – Android Advertising ID (AAID)

IP Address – used to approximate geographic location

Device Information – model, OS version, screen size

App Interaction Data – ad impressions, clicks

Coarse Location – derived from IP address

You can opt out of personalized advertising by:


Going to Settings → Google → Ads on your Android device

Enabling "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

5. Permissions Used

The App requests the following Android permissions:

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE Saving and opening Python files (Android 9 and below)

INTERNET Required by the AdMob SDK to fetch and display advertisements

The App does not request permissions for contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, or location.


6. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences including children aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Google AdMob is configured without targeting parameters that would exclusively target children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.


7. Data Security

All user-created files are stored in the app-private external directory, inaccessible to other apps without explicit permission.

We do not operate any backend servers or databases.

Google AdMob implements its own security measures as described in their privacy policy.

8. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:


Access data held about you

Delete data held about you

Opt out of sale of personal data (CCPA)

Withdraw consent for personalized ads at any time via Android device settings

Since we (indussparks) do not collect personal data, requests related to advertising data should be directed to Google via their Data Deletion Request or Privacy Help Center.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
